World Mental Health Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Participation

  • Open to U.S. residents age 13 and older.
  • Participants may begin the challenge at any time during the 10-day campaign. You do not need to start on Day 1, but all 10 challenges must be completed and posted by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 10, 2026.
  • Participants must complete all 10 challenges to qualify for a wellness gift bag. Partial completion does not qualify.
  • Each challenge must be completed through the designated Community, Serve Us activity and must be attributable to the participant’s account.
  • All posts and submissions must comply with Community, Serve Us’ Rules of Engagement.
  • Posts must be made during the campaign period and remain visible on the platform through the completion/verification period, unless removed for violating the Rules of Engagement. Posts removed for violating Rules of Engagement do not count towards successful completion.
  • Qualifying posts and submissions, and all decisions regarding whether a participant has successfully completed the 10 challenges and qualifies to receive a gift bag, are at the sole discretion of Community, Serve Us.
  • Wall of Hope submissions must be original. If submitting someone else’s quote, poem, artwork, image, or other creative work, participants must properly cite the original source and have any required permission to share it.
  • Participants may not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Participants should not include private, identifying, or sensitive personal information about themselves or others in their submissions.
  • Posts and submissions will be publicly visible on the Community, Serve Us platform.

Wellness Gift Bags

  • One wellness gift bag will be provided to each eligible participant who successfully completes all 10 challenges, subject to verification by Community, Serve Us.
  • Gift bags are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Gift bags will be distributed following completion of the campaign and verification of eligibility.
  • Participants who qualify to receive a gift bag must provide accurate mailing information for fulfillment.
  • Mailing information collected for gift-bag fulfillment will be used solely for the purpose of shipping the gift bag and will not be retained or shared after fulfillment, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the shipment.
  • Community, Serve Us reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, the Rules of Engagement, or attempts to manipulate or circumvent the challenge requirements.
  • Community, Serve Us reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
