Community, Serve Us, a fiscally sponsored project of KARMANT Learning, a 501(c)3, is a platform designed to solve our greatest humanitarian crises at the local level by bringing every voice to the table. This platform is designed to address a critical gap in the social impact ecosystem: the need for a single, unified solution where everyday citizens, community leaders, and experts come together to investigate the root causes of today’s biggest challenges, identify solutions that often involve a multi-disciplinary approach, and find the resources to act on these solutions.
We’re not just raising awareness; we are empowering action. Community, Serve Us elevates underrepresented voices and enables the use of identified solutions, providing communities and organizations access to our growing network of users to support the implementation of these ideas.

We create seasonal, episodic content. Each season, tackling a different humanitarian crisis in a different community in the United States.
Our non-partisan storytelling platform allows the voices of all affected parties to share their lived experience and unmet needs. Every story we tell unfolds across nine powerful episodes designed to inform, involve, and inspire.
But Community, Serve Us is not just content—it’s collaboration. Our platform combines storytelling with interactive tools that let members submit innovative, new solutions, join live conversations, and directly shape the outcomes that impact the communities we live in.
We work hand-in-hand with civic leaders, nonprofit organizers, community services, businesses, and citizens to move the conversation from problems to policies— and from awareness to impact.

Our platform is engineered for public engagement and grassroots empowerment.
Features include crowdsourced solutions, expert-led dialogue, user sentiment in our Ideas for Change, Community Conversations, Unity Forums and Wall of Hope artistic expressions, a youth-only space for safe, moderated contributions.
Three soon-to-be released features will elevate the ability for citizens and leaders to collaborate in an unparalleled way: 1) an interactive immersive experience; 2) a data-powered intelligence hub for discovering research, solutions, and existing support that allows leaders, academics and organizations to create powerful partnerships and easily access evidence-backed documentation guide their work; and, 3) a volunteer pipeline that allows every citizen to support the causes they care most about in the ways that are most meaningful to them, while making it easy for foundations seeking support to get the help they need.

Why Now? Why Community, Serve Us?
Public trust in institutions is low. Top-down solutions miss the mark. Across humanitarian work, many nonprofits and community leaders serve the same populations but operate separately, resulting in fragmented efforts and duplicated work. Traditional media fails to provide an unbiased, 360° view of the issues. Too often good ideas never reach decision-makers and citizens lack a space to organize and share their solutions & skills in a meaningful way.

Named for a blending of kinship and connective, our user-powered platform invites individuals, communities, and organizations to join forces in solving the crises that affect us all. Through live chats, idea boards, Unity Forums and member groups, everyday people can sign up individually or as part of a team to contribute actionable solutions, share lived experiences, and help shape the future—together.
