How Fear of Being Labeled or Diagnosed Prevents Mental Health Care

World Mental Health Day 4 Challenge - Fear of judgment. Fear of a diagnosis. Fear of being misunderstood. Fear of revisiting pain. Fear that what you share won’t stay private.
